This Privacy Policy describes how HIKIP LLC ("HIKIP," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses the Personal Information provided by our customers ("Customers," "you") or collected during your use of our websites, mobile applications, software, platforms, and services that link to this Privacy Policy ("Services"). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using our Services or submitting any Personal Information.
Some HIKIP Services may have a separate privacy policy. If a different privacy policy applies to a specific Service, it will override this policy for that context.

1. Note to HIKIP Customers and Their Clients
This Privacy Policy does not cover Personal Information collected about our customers' patients or clients ("Clients") when using the Services. For information about our handling of Client data, please refer to the Client Portal Privacy Policy. The processing of Client data is also governed by our agreements with our customers, including our Terms of Service and HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (collectively, our "Agreement"). If this Privacy Policy conflicts with our Agreement, the Agreement governs.
We have limited interaction with Clients and refer their privacy inquiries to the relevant Customer (data controller), unless required by law to respond directly.
